Letting management

Letting a property means signing a tenancy agreement governed by law and then managing it day to day: choosing a tenant, setting and reviewing the rent, collecting rents and sending receipts, reconciling charges, responding to an unpaid rent situation and monitoring works. Some owners manage this themselves, while others entrust it to a professional. This section explains landlords' obligations, protection against unpaid rent and the rules specific to Saint-Denis and Seine-Saint-Denis, with official sources to support them. To delegate this management, discover our property management packages.
